Email has been a large part of the picture for many of the brands I have designed for.
Email was the major revenue driver for this brand. Email calendars saw up to 3 unique sends per week and as many as 20 to 30 unique sends across 4 geographies over promotional periods like Black Friday.
Email automation design is a crucial part of email marketing design, including welcome flows, win back, abandonment etc.
At Felix, email acts somewhat differently than in traditional e-commerce. Weekly campaign sends are lower, while automation flows are larger, linked to drop off in the path to conversion, per treatment category.
Emails driving contextual and campaign driven messaging still support conversion significantly.
